1 General Terms & Conditions

Er999 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "er999") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. 2 Account Register

To play on er999, you must create a personal account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. er999 reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time, and any winnings in such an account may be forfeited.

One person, one account: Each person may hold only one account on er999. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

• You must provide accurate name, date of birth, address, and contact details at the time of registration.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact er999 support immediately.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

To participate on er999, you must be at least 18 Years Minors are strictly prohibited from participating in any gaming activity. er999 may request a government-issued ID (National ID, passport, or driving licence) to verify age at any time.

If a member registers using a false age, er999 will immediately close that account and forfeit all balances and winnings.

• Residents of Restricted Territories are not permitted to use er999.
• Individuals professionally affiliated with a sport are not permitted to place bets on that sport.
• Individuals experiencing mental health or financial difficulties are advised not to use er999.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

8 Account Closure Policy

Er999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for any reason, particularly in cases of violation of these terms. Members may not always be notified of the reason for account closure.

Members may close their account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance remaining in the account will be available for withdrawal, provided no restrictions apply.

• As part of responsible gaming, self-exclusion or cooling-off periods can be set.
• Attempting to open a new account during a self-exclusion period is prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability
